Policies

We are by appointment booking only. Walk-ins are welcome to come in and book with us. If we are available, we will gladly fit you in. See about us page to select a professional.

Our system is set to communicate email &/or text messaging procedures, etc. reminder appointments. All future services will require a deposit.

Once booked, you will receive up to 3 communications email/text.

1. You get the scheduled appointment email after appointment with a receipt of the deposit.

2. TWO – Hour appointment reminder to customers about their appointment.

3. Three – day reminder to confirm your appointment by selecting the link.

LATE POLICY

After 10 minutes mark hits, you are considered a no show and your Credit Card on file will be charged a $50 deposit. Check in online on the Vagaro booking app, text message the provider at the business phone number or you will need to be INSIDE ready to begin service. We recommend coming 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to get settled in. Please use the facility bathroom, prior to your appointment time.

Cancellation POLICY

Communicating to us is greatly appreciated when you contact us at least 24 hours. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment time scheduled will charge your Credit Card on file $50 deposit. All scheduled time will be charged regardless of time used or at the discretion of the specific stylists. Please text to cancel your appointment and reschedule on the Vagaro booking app. It’s re commended not to request to cancel or change a future appointment during a service, while stylist is concentrating.

Rescheduling Policy

Communicating at least 24 hours to reschedule an appointment is greatly appreciated. Your credit card on file will be charged $50 for rescheduling within 24-hour notice. You can reschedule on the Vagaro booking app. Visits are by appointment only, if you do not see an appointment opening, it is welcome to text the business phone number daily or put your name on the waiting list on the Vagaro booking app. All scheduled time will be charged regardless of time used or at the discretion of the specific stylists including rescheduling the same service more than two times, for the same service will result in loss of deposit.

Prebooked POLICY

Customers can leave a $50 deposit in house and book the same day and time every other week avoiding having to make a deposit every appointment booked. Please discuss these options with your stylist.

No Show policy

If a customer is a no show (no communication was received) the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled amount.

Children &/or Extra Guest Policy

There is limited space for children who do not have a person to watch them. The provider and the client are focused on each other. This allows us to focus on the services without any distractions. Cancelling and rescheduling policies apply.

Invalid credit card on file policy

Customers with declined credit cards on file and if the charge is declined for any services, an invoice will be sent via email and card services will be contacted. An invoice email will be sent due before a new scheduled appointment is requested. All future services will require a deposit.

Electronic Communication
We use electronic forms of communication for our appointment scheduling and communication. This includes email, text message, and online client portals. We cannot guarantee the security of information sent through these external tools.
